the eco home experts
If you own your home and your boiler is a non-condensing boiler, you may qualify to have your boiler replaced under the ECO4 Scheme.
Was your boiler installed before 2005?
If so, you could qualify for a 100% free boiler!
Boilers account for around 60% of what you spend in a year on energy bills, so an efficient boiler makes a big difference. New boilers use less fuel which means they are cheaper to run and have lower harmful CO2 emissions.
Replacing your old boiler with a new, energy efficient boiler will:
• make your home cheaper to heat
• cut your energy bills
• be safer and more reliable
• help to reduce damp
• improve your home
By replacing your old non-condensing boiler with a new ‘A rated’ condensing boiler you could reduce your energy bill by around a quarter...
saving between £306 - £1044*
* Source: Energy Saving Trust. These are estimated figures based on installing a new A-rated condensing
boiler with a programmer, room thermostat and thermostatic radiator controls (TRVs) in a gas heated
home from an older boiler with a programmer and room thermostat. Savings will vary depending on the
size and thermal performance of your home. Figures are based on fuel prices as of October 2022.
For us to book you in for a full technical survey, we firstly need to determine whether you have a non condensing boiler - typically installed BEFORE 2005. It’s usually easily identifiable under the boiler where if you can see a white/grey plastic 'condensate’ pipe it will mean you have a condensing boiler and unfortunately won’t be able to help.
If you cannot see a white/grey plastic pipe under the boiler, there’s a very good chance we can help! Here’s an example:
