Grant Aerona R290

​​​​​​​​​​Your new heating system will be powered by the award-winning Grant Aerona 290 Air Source Heat Pump, one of the UK’s leading renewable heating solutions. Utilising next-generation R290 refrigerant with an ultra-low Global Warming Potential (GWP) of just 3, the Aerona 290 delivers exceptional energy efficiency while significantly reducing your home’s carbon emissions.​

 

Available in outputs from 4kW to 12kW, we’ll specify the correct size following a detailed heat loss survey to ensure maximum comfort and performance. Its sleek, compact design, Quiet Mark certification and advanced features—including built-in anti-freeze protection and refrigerant leak detection—provide reliable, whisper-quiet operation all year round.​

 

MCS certified and eligible for Government funding through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, every Grant Aerona 290 is backed by a comprehensive 7-year manufacturer’s warranty, giving you complete confidence in your investment for years to come.

​Intergas Xylinder

Subject to availability, every installation includes a premium Intergas Xylinder hot water cylinder, manufactured from high-quality 444-grade stainless steel for exceptional durability and long-term performance. Featuring titanium 3kW immersion heaters and high-performance insulation to minimise heat loss, the Xylinder delivers reliable and efficient hot water throughout the home. Available in capacities from 150 to 300 litres, we’ll select the ideal size based on your property’s number of bathrooms and occupants to ensure optimal performance. For complete peace of mind, every Xylinder is backed by an outstanding 25-year cylinder warranty, together with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.

Honeywell Thermostat

​​​​​​​​​​​The Honeywell Home wireless thermostat combines sleek, modern styling with intelligent functionality to complement any home. Available as either a wall-mounted or table-standing unit, it features a clear, adjustable LED display, intuitive colour-coded status indicators and flexible programming to optimise comfort and efficiency. Eco mode, built-in frost protection and advanced control settings help maximise energy savings, while seamless compatibility with existing Honeywell Home wireless products makes it an ideal upgrade. The accompanying receiver includes clear LED status indication and a manual override function for added convenience and peace of mind.

Radiator Upgrades

​

To ensure your new Air Source Heat Pump operates at peak efficiency, any radiator upgrades identified during your detailed room-by-room heat loss survey are included as part of your installation. Air Source Heat Pumps perform best with larger heat emitters operating at lower water temperatures, so we’ll assess every room to determine whether your existing radiators provide sufficient heat output. Where upgrades are required, we’ll install appropriately sized radiators to ensure your home remains warm, comfortable and energy efficient throughout the year – all included within your installation package.

KEY EXCLUSIONS

​

  • If additional pipework or system alterations are required to achieve a compliant installation, these works are not included in this quotation and will be priced separately following the heat loss survey.

  • As part of your heat pump installation we will safely decommission and disconnect your existing oil or LPG storage tank. Removal or disposal of existing oil or LPG storage tanks is not included unless specifically stated within your quotation.

  • Any electrical upgrade works required to accommodate the new heating system are excluded unless specifically stated within your quotation.

  • Decorative making good, including redecoration, plastering, tiling or flooring repairs following the installation, is not included.

  • Any unforeseen remedial works identified during the survey or installation that are necessary to meet current regulations or manufacturer requirements may incur additional costs. We will always discuss these with you before carrying out any extra work.

  • This quotation is based on the information available at the time of issue. Should site conditions differ from those expected, we will advise you of any changes before proceeding.​​
